1. Delivery Areas
RAMA Firewood offers delivery services across metropolitan and rural Melbourne. Delivery availability may vary depending on product type, order volume and operational capacity.
2. Delivery Method
Deliveries are carried out using trucks suited to the weight and size of the products ordered. Access requirements must be suitable for heavy vehicles. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and practical access to the delivery location.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery timeframes are generally within one week of order confirmation, subject to product availability, weather conditions and operational scheduling. Larger commercial orders may require additional lead time.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including contact information and site instructions. RAMA Firewood is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the order will be placed in a reasonable and safe location at the delivery address unless alternative instructions have been provided.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once delivered, all products become the responsibility of the customer. RAMA Firewood does not accept liability for loss, damage or theft after delivery has been completed.
6. Access Issues or Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, unsafe conditions or incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling.
7. Bulk and Commercial Orders
Commercial orders for landscaping logs, bulk firewood, sawdust, mulch or kindling may require separate scheduling due to volume. RAMA Firewood will communicate expected delivery windows and any special requirements directly with the customer.
8. Pick Up Orders
Customers may choose to pick up orders from our Diggers Rest site during designated operating hours. Pick up times must be arranged in advance to ensure loading equipment and staff are available.
9. Changes to Delivery Schedule
RAMA Firewood reserves the right to adjust delivery dates when necessary due to weather, machinery issues, supplier delays or other operational factors. Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
