We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason including supply constraints, safety considerations, or logistical limitations.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is received or an invoice has been accepted.

Full payment must be made before delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery timelines are estimates only. While we aim to fulfil orders within the quoted timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, transport issues, equipment failures, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for loss, damage, or additional costs arising from delivery delays. Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address or upon pickup.

6. Order Accuracy and Custom Cuts
For landscaping logs or items cut to size, all measurements provided by you must be accurate.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, unclear instructions, or changes requested after processing has begun.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Because firewood and landscaping materials are perishable, heavy, and natural raw products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only available where required under Australian Consumer Law and only for major defects. Minor variations do not constitute faults.

8. Safety and Use of Products
You acknowledge all wood products can pose risks including splinters, insects, dust, allergenic reactions, instability, fire hazards, and physical injury when mishandled.
You are responsible for safe handling, storage, and use of all materials.
We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or misuse once products are delivered or collected.
